Technological process of reception of basalt scales consists of following stages:

• Submission of raw material to the furnace and its loading
• Reception of melt in the oven unit
• Submission of melt through a heat resisting feeder in the unit of dispersion
• Reception in the unit of dispersion the mix of basalt scales with air
• Submission of a mix through the transport pipeline in the block of separation
• Branch of scales from air with fine-dyspersated particles
• Precipitation of scales and its unloading in transport container
