THE DESCRIPTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

The technology of reception of basalt continuous fibres will consist of following technological operations: preparation of melt, raw material including fusion and homogenization of melt, manufacture from melt elementary fibres, glass fiber sizer, their winding on reels. Realization of these operations is carried out as follows. Prepared as rubble or a crumb basalt raw material
moves in the bunker of the loader, whence in automatically fine portions gets in a melting furnace. Fusion of raw material in the furnace is made with the help of the torches working on natural gas or diesel fuel
The raw material past stages of fusion, decontamination and homogenization, as homogeneous of melt acts in a zone of manufacture and through draw plate platinum-rhodium
feeders with the help of extending devices it is reeled up
as the complex string consisting of elementary fibres, on reels of the reception device.
