KNITTED FABRIC
Knitted fabric is intended for manufacturing products at heat-, sound insulation of
the industrial equipment, the apparatus, and also in building designs.
Physicotechnical parameters of a knitted cloth
Table
The name of parameters | Norm |
Fabric weight, g/m2, no more | 1500 |
Number of loopy columns on 10 sm of a cloth | 10-14 |
Number of loopy numbers on 10 sm of a cloth, no more | 27 |
Breaking load cloths in the size /(50õ200)±0,5/mm, Í, no more | 200 |
Breaking lengthening cloths in the size /(50õ200)±0,5/mm, %, no more | 180 |
Knitted fabric possesses stability to influence of excited environments, high adhesion
to polymeric binding. Owing to the elasticity, Knitted fabric with success replaces fabric
environments in heat-insulated elements of a complex configuration, and its impregnation
polymeric binding allows to create acoustically "transparent" environments.
Knitted fabric differs simplicity of manufacturing techniques, good consumer properties,
a wide temperature interval of application from -200 °Ñ up to + 700 °Ñ.
