LONG-LENGTH HEAT-INSULATED STRIPS
Technical Specifications ÒÓ Ó 88 023. 015-94 (Without restriction of validity).
Long-length heat-insulated strips are made of canvases superthin glass staple fibers
of special purpose with a facing from two parties glass or a siliceous fabric and stitched
by corresponding strings. Strips is a nonflammable, not explosive and nontoxical material.
Strips are applied for heat insulation units and heat-conducting systems of the general and
special purpose in various branches of a national economy.
Limiting temperature of application of strips from -50 °Ñ up to + 450 °Ñ (with a facing
from glass fabrics) from -50°Ñ up to +700 °Ñ (from siliceous fabrics). Heat conductivity of strips,
W/m•Ê should be no more:
Heat conductivity of heat-insulated strips
Table
Temperature | Norm W/m•Ê |
(298 ± 5) Ê | 0,040 |
(398 ± 5) Ê | 0,062 |
(573 ± 5) Ê | 0,095 |
The mass fraction of a moisture of strips should be no more than 2 %.
As covering strips apply fabrics aviation of glass lisle thread complex filaments
or insulating fabrics from glass lisle thread complex filaments, and also siliceous a fabric of mark SF-11.
In the consent with the customer of a strip can be made with others covering and seam materials.
