CANVASES FROM GLASS STAPLE THIN AND THICKENED FIBERS FROM ROCKS
Technical Specifications ÒÓ Ó Â. 2.7-73.1-05434140-029-2002
(Without restriction of validity)
Canvases from glass staple thin and thickened fibers receive a method of bulge compressed
air or the ferry of a jet rock melts from raw material on ÒÓ Ó 88 023.022-96 in basalt staple
thin and thickened fibers with the subsequent formation from them a canvas a method of
sedimentation of fibers on mesh structures.
Canvases represent a layer mixed øòàïåëüíûõ the fibers fastened among themselves by
forces of natural coupling, and intend for preparation heatsoundproof, sound-absorbing
materials and can be used in civil, housing and industrial construction as thermal isolation
of the industrial equipment of pipelines, aircraft, ship, motor industry, in thermal,
hydro-and atomic engineering, in household heating devices, cryogenic technics and other
branches at temperature of isolated surfaces from - 260 up to + 900 °Ñ.
The sizes of canvases should correspond to following values:
- Length from 500 up to 5000 mm;
- Width from 500 up to 2000 mm;
- Thickness from 10 up to 100 mm.
Physical-mechanical parameters of canvases should correspond to the requirements resulted in table.
