Canvases from micro-, ultra-, superthin and microcrystalline glass staple fibers receive by formation
of a primary basalt fiber from rock melts from raw material on ÒÓ Ó 88.023.022-96 with the further
bulge it in basalt staple superthin fibers and the subsequent formation from them a canvas a method
of sedimentation of fibers on mesh structures.
Canvases represent a layer mixed the staple fibers fastened among themselves by forces
of natural coupling, and intend for manufacturing heatsound insulation, sound-proof materials
and can be used in industrial and civil construction, aircraft, ship, motor industry, in thermal,
hydro- and atomic engineering, in household heating devices, cryogenic technics and other branches.
Canvases BSCF concern to fireproof materials with temperature of application from - 260 °Ñ up to + 900 °Ñ.
Canvases can be made the next sizes: length - from 1100 up to 2100 mm; width - from 500 up to 1500 mm;
thickness - from 50 up to 300 mm. Physicomechanical parameters of BSCF canvases should correspond to the requirements
resulted in table.
